Terms and Conditions for Purchasing the Stable Moments® Certification Course

By purchasing the Stable Moments Certification Course, you (“Participant” or “Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Purchase

All sales are final. The Stable Moments Certification Course is a digital training product and is non-refundable, regardless of course completion status or implementation outcome. Please ensure this course aligns with your needs before purchasing.

2. Single-User License & Account Use

Your course access is licensed to one individual and may not be shared or transferred. Sharing login credentials or course materials with any other party is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate revocation of course access without refund and potential legal action.

3. Certification Requirements

Only the individual who purchases and completes the course may be considered certified as a Stable Moments Program Director. If your organization intends for multiple staff members to become certified Program Directors, each individual must purchase and complete their own course.

Certified Program Directors are permitted to train local volunteer mentors using the provided mentor orientation materials. However, certification does not authorize the individual to:

• Certify other staff or individuals as Program Directors,

• Offer Stable Moments training as their own product or service,

• Distribute or teach the course content outside the scope of training mentors for their own Stable Moments program.

Certification grants you the ability to implement the Stable Moments mentorship model at your licensed location. To operate a Stable Moments program using our name and materials, your organization must also maintain an active license agreement with Stable Moments, LLC.

4. Licensing to Operate a Program

Completion of the certification course qualifies your organization to apply to become an official Stable Moments location through a separate license agreement. Operating a Stable Moments program, using the Stable Moments name, materials, or branding requires an active license and compliance with all licensing terms.

Certification alone does not grant permission to operate a Stable Moments program, train others using our materials, or represent yourself as an official Stable Moments site.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

All course content, including videos, downloads, frameworks, worksheets, activities, guides, and language, is the intellectual property of Stable Moments, LLC and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, share, copy, distribute, modify, teach, publish, or repurpose any part of the course content without prior written consent from Stable Moments, LLC. Unauthorized use of materials may result in legal action.

6. Modification or Termination

Stable Moments, LLC reserves the right to update or modify course content at any time and to terminate access if the participant violates these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stable Moments, LLC shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury resulting from the implementation of the course content or use of the Stable Moments model.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
